All orders will ship through UPS and FedEx.
In the case of a backorder, all apparel and equipment items may be delayed until all items are available for shipment.
FedEx 2-Day Air, Next Day Delivery, Expedited Next Day Delivery, and Saturday Delivery charges are in addition to the Standard Shipping rate. For these faster services:
- An additional amount will be added to orders received by 2:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday for FedEx 2-Day Air Delivery by 5 p.m. (business), end-of-business day (residential), or 5-7 business days (customers outside the contiguous U.S.). Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days. Alpha One Apparel cannot ship FedEx 2-Day Air packages to P.O. Boxes.
- An additional amount will be added to orders received by 2:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday for Next Day Delivery by 5 p.m. (business), end-of-business day (residential), or 5-7 business days (customers outside the contiguous U.S.). Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days. Alpha One Apparel cannot ship Next Day Delivery packages to P.O. Boxes.
- An additional amount will be added to orders received by 2:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday for Expedited Next Day Delivery. This service is not available to customers outside the contiguous U.S. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days. Alpha One Apparel cannot ship Expedited Next Day Delivery packages to P.O. Boxes.
- An additional amount will be added to orders received by 2:00 p.m. ET Friday for Saturday delivery (call for area availability, Saturday delivery is not available in all areas). This service is not available to customers outside the contiguous U.S. Alpha One Apparel cannot ship Saturday Delivery packages to P.O. Boxes. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days.
Yes! Alpha One Apparel offers alterations, embroidery, screen printing, and sew-on patchwork for customization to your gear.
Special order items or items that have been altered, decorated, engraved, customized, or otherwise embellished at the request of our customers cannot be returned unless the return is related to our error.
Trust is crucial to a team and, as your partner, we want to make sure our products match your expectations.
- 30-day Comfort Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your Items, simply return them within 30 days from the date you received your order for a refund or exchange. Some restrictions apply.
- Return instructions are available on the reverse side of the packing slip.
Returns should be made via a trackable method. Fill out the reverse side of the packing slip included with your order or fill out a blank packing slip by clicking here.
You can also request a Return Label, and a $10 Flat Rate shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds are deposited back to your original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is related to our error.

Alpha One Apparel restricts the sale of selected products such as, but not limited to, Law Enforcement Items. Alpha One Apparel restricts the sale of selected products such as, but not limited to, embroidered apparel, badges, nameplates, insignia, emblems, and collar pins that identify the holder or wearer as a member of any law enforcement agency or other agency-specific titles. Orders for such products must be shipped to an approved agency address. If shipping to an address other than the approved agency, the department’s letterhead must be provided with a copy of official identification. Placing an order for products that are subject to any legal restrictions, affirms Alpha One Apparel that the purchaser is authorized to make such purchase, and is in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws concerning the same. Alpha One Apparel may verify employment of any person ordering such items.
